I remember when they first started and we have them a few houses as a test run. They killed it and have exceeded expectations since then. We are several years into our relation with Universal and solely use them for all of our flips and recommended them to all types of end users especially my competitors flipping houses as a business they take that stress away which lets you focus on the next projects.
